We acquire transformative retail and mixed use property which is ripe for reinvention. We target assets between $50MM and $150MM in major U.S. markets. We underwrite based on an in depth analysis of the property’s potential, asset pricing relative to replacement value and development costs. We look for reasonable and executable ways to create value in order to achieve the highest and best use for the property. Through our repositioning and value enhancement process, we turn irregular and weak cash flowing properties into stable and strong cash flowing assets.
