We seek out ground up retail, residential rental and hospitality development sites. For a rental project, we target a minimum project size of 50 apartment units. For hospitality we target a minimum project size of 50,000 square feet. Our development competitive advantage stems from our in house dedicated construction and engineering teams and our ability to source strategic development sites. We acquire sites both for immediate development and for future development.
